Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for all initial orders to the lower continuous 48 United States only. We don't ship to Alaska-Hawaii-Puerto Rico-or any other United States territories. Nor do we ship international at this time. Each order receives tracking information for shipping. This information will be emailed to you once your order has entered the shipping process. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive an email in your inbox. our packages are typically shipped ( First Class ). Please allow 3-7 business days for your items to reach you once your items are shipped. Most orders are received within 8-12 business days after ordering. Note: WakeupNTurnup LLC are not responsible for post office issues. Relating to weather, lost or stolen packages and/or incorrectly provided shipping information. Example if your tracking number shows that your package was successfully delivered then it becomes the responsibility of the post office.
Return & Exchange Policy
WakeupNTurnup issues refunds to the original form of payment used on your order in the event that your order:
*Is cancelled by WakeupNTurnup.
*One or more of your items sold out while your order was being processed.
*Items are proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
All sales are final on facemask no refunds or exchanges accepted. How ever we will exchange sizes of tshirts if item(s) are defective or incorrect item. Please contact us at emailwntwakeupnturnup@gmail.com for a replacement.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging and condition that you received it. The exchange must be requested within 30 days from order date.

Include a note in your exchange noting the new correct size you would like.
You are responsible for shipping your exchange back to us. WakeupNTurnup will cover the cost of shipping out your new size item back to you.
